About & license

Splash Templates is a small, growing collection of splash pages and coming soon pages you can use for free.

What you get

Each template is a single, self-contained page: plain HTML and CSS, plus a little JavaScript where a template needs it. There are no frameworks, build steps, external fonts, images from other sites, or trackers. Unzip the template, open index.html, edit the text, and upload it to any static host.

Free to use, no attribution required

The templates are released under the MIT No Attribution (MIT-0) license. You can:

You don't need to credit us, link back, or keep a copyright notice. Each zip includes a LICENSE.txt with the full text.

Icons

Some templates use icons from Lucide, copied in as inline SVG. Those icons keep their own permissive ISC license, which asks you to keep its notice with the source. That notice is already in the template's LICENSE.txt, so keeping that file is all you need to do.

Provided as-is

The templates come without warranty of any kind. Check that a template does what you need before you rely on it, and test your own form endpoint once you connect one.
